Originally designed for European Alpine hunters, the Dialyt 18-45x65 Field Spotter Spotting Scope from ZEISS is lightweight, compact, and built for rough use in the field. It is an attractive option for Western hunters here in the U.S., hunters in mountainous areas anywhere, hikers, and nature enthusiasts. This is a straight-viewing, rubber-armored scope with a built-in variable eyepiece. It is water, fog, and dustproof and, unlike draw-tube scopes, is instantly ready for use. Focusing and alignment sights on the objective lens provide fast target acquisition; simply position, focus, and view. The Dialyt's 18-45x variable eyepiece provides a wide field of view at low magnification and sharp detail at long distances with the higher magnification. This spotter also features multilayer coatings and a large lens diameter of 65mm, providing high light transmission that allows for easy observation at lower magnifications in low-light conditions.
