Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns at our store located at 54 Orchard St. for in store purchases within 30 days of purchase (15 days for USED equipment bought in-store).

Returns Eligibility

All returns for website and mail ordered items require a Return Authorization Number. You may email customersupport@kmcamera.com to request a return or call us at 212-523-0954 (option #3) . Sending back returns without authorization may cause significant delays in return processing. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packaging material, blank warranty cards, manual and manufacturer included accessories. Items presented for return that do not meet these conditions are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are issued for the original purchase price. All charges for shipping, handling and insurance are excluded from all returns.

Non Returnable Items

Items that may not be returned are :

Opened TV's larger than 37" - Original packaging must be in still manufacturer sealed condition.

Opened computers, software, and hard drives.

Opened consumable items, film, paper, darkroom accessories, ink cartridges, bulbs, tape etc.

Defective or Damaged Items

All defective items are available for return (within 30 days of being received). Receipt must be included as well as all of the original packaging and included accessories. Defective returns are eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

All refunds are processed back to the original method of payment of the purchase transaction. Please allow 1-3 business days for returns and refunds to be processed for items shipped back to us.

K&M Responsibility

Please take care to remove any personal information, or unintended items within the return. K&M is not responsible for any items left in the returns.
