In Store Purchases:
We offer a 30-day return policy for most new items purchased in-store. If you buy items from our Used Department, they are eligible for return within 14 days. To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns of items that are damaged, scratched, missing parts, or in unsanitary condition may be declined. We reserve the right to charge restocking fees or deduct costs for missing components when applicable. All returns require the original retail packaging. There is a 15% restocking fee applied to all returns.
Online Purchases:

Returns Process:
For In-store purchases please bring the item to the store for processing.
For Online Purchases please contact us at customersupport@kmcamera.com. For returns by mail, we will send you a Return Authorization Number along with a shipping label and instructions on how to package the item. Unauthorized returns (items sent back without prior authorization) may experience delays in processing. Please note that items must be returned in the same condition as when received as outline above. The cost of the shipping label is subtracted from the refund.

Non Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Opened consumables (e.g., Film, Paper, Ink Cartridges, Light Bulbs)
- Opened Hard Drives and Computer Hardware
- Custom or personalized products
- Final Sale Items
Defective or Damaged Items:
Inspect your items immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue. We will offer a return, exchange, or refund depending on the situation. Items must be returned with their original packaging and all accessories for return eligibility.
For all new defective products, after the 30 day return return window, you will have to contact the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. You are subject to the warranty of the product manufacturer.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at customersupport@kmcamera.com.
K&M Camera Responsibility:
Please ensure that any personal items or information are removed from returns. K&M Camera is not responsible for any items left inside returned products.
