Shipping Info & In-Store Pickups

Shipping:

  • We currently only ship within the U.S.
  • Online orders may take up to 3 days to be processed/shipped.

  • Free Ground Shipping over $99 to the 48 Contiguous States.

 

K&M offers shipping from carriers such as USPS, UPS & FedEx. If your area does not accept deliveries from such carriers, please contact us for better assistance on making sure you receive your product.

 

In-Store Pickup:

  • When checking out, please select our store location under "Local Pickup" in the Delivery options
  • In-Store Pickup is offered at our Manhattan location: 54 Orchard St., New York, NY 10002
  • In-Store Pickups are usually ready within an hour, but please wait on a "Ready for Pickup" email before arriving (separate from an order confirmation email).

  • Present a valid ID when picking up your order.
