The AT-VMN45xML Replacement Stylus from Audio-Technica is a 2.2 x 0.12 mil microlinear stylus that works with an AT-VM745xML cartridge. It's designed to track a record groove with incredible accuracy, picking up the fine details of your vinyl beyond that of either an elliptical or conical styli. It also offers a solid boron tapered cantilever that is roughly 2.5 times faster at transmitting signals that an aluminum cantilever. This results in a more acoustically accurate sound, especially from dynamic passages.
