Canon MT-26EX-RT Macro Twin Lite Flash

The Canon MT-26EX-RT Macro Twin Lite provides the versatility of radio flash functionality, specifically designed for close-up photography. This system employs two flash units to deliver uniform illumination for subjects captured with a macro lens. When both flash heads are activated simultaneously, a guide number of 85.3 feet at ISO 100 can be achieved, and the extensive manual settings allow adjustments down to 1/512 power. The flash heads are detachable, and with the 2.4 GHz wireless triggering system, they can be positioned around the subject to create more controlled and dynamic lighting arrangements, including the seamless integration of additional flashes.

When mounted on the lens, the flash heads can rotate up to 60 degrees horizontally and 45 degrees vertically, each equipped with a removable diffuser to enhance light quality. Furthermore, an illuminated dot-matrix LCD screen facilitates adjustments in both bright and low-light conditions, while the updated white LED focus assist lamps help ensure precise focus on close-up subjects. The recycling time with four AA batteries ranges from 0.1 to 5.5 seconds.
