Wired and Wireless Connectivity

Similar to the Mic 2, the Mic Mini incorporates both 2.4 GHz digital wireless and Bluetooth technology. The Bluetooth feature enables you to link the transmitters to your DJI Mimo app through an iOS or Android device. Additionally, you can connect directly to your Osmo Pocket 3, Osmo Action 4, or Osmo Action 5 Pro camera. You can adjust various settings through the Mimo app, such as noise cancellation and audio limiting. The receiver unit is equipped with both 3.5mm TRS and USB-C connections, allowing compatibility with a diverse array of devices. A 3.5mm TRS Camera Audio cable is included to facilitate the connection to the camera and synchronize the receiver's power with that of the camera. When connected to your mobile device via USB-C, both the receiver and your smartphone can be charged at the same time, and clips can be reviewed using external playback.

Wireless Drone Recording

The Mic Mini is wirelessly compatible with the DJI Neo drone through the DJI Fly app. To record audio, connect the Mic Mini to your smartphone's Bluetooth and launch the DJI Fly app. Additionally, the app automatically removes propeller noise and integrates the recorded audio with your video footage.

Wearable and Portable Microphones

Extended Battery Life

The transmitters and receivers are equipped with built-in rechargeable batteries that provide impressive operating durations of 11.5 hours and 10.5 hours, respectively. By charging the units for merely five minutes, you can gain an extra hour of usage when both devices are fully drained. The provided charging case is capable of recharging the entire system 3.6 times, resulting in a total extended battery life of 48 hours. Within the DJI Mimo app, there is an option to enable auto power off for the system, which will lead both devices to automatically power down after 15 minutes of inactivity, thereby conserving your battery life.
