With an impressive optical resolution of 6400 dpi and a scanning resolution of 6400 x 9600 dpi, combined with a 48-bit color depth, this scanner guarantees the capture of intricate details and precise color reproduction. The ReadyScan LED light source enhances productivity by achieving operational readiness in under one second, allowing for immediate scanning. The V850 is equipped with a reflective scanning area measuring 8.5 x 11.7 inches, along with an integrated transparency unit designed for 8 x 10-inch film scanning. The inclusion of Digital ICE technologies significantly improves the scanning process by automatically eliminating dust, hair, scratches, and fingerprints from both film and prints. The scanner package comes with two sets of four film holders suitable for 35mm slides, 35mm film, 35mm mounted slides, and 4 x 5-inch film, as well as a CD containing SilverFast SE Plus 8 and X-Rite i1 software. Furthermore, the V850 supports USB 2.0 connectivity.
