Windows users must reformat the drives before use. The Blackbox PRO RAID features a comprehensive 3-year hardware warranty, which includes the cables, in addition to two years of Level 1 data recovery and one year of advanced replacement.

The USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 connection can transfer up to 10 Gb/s with compatible devices and is designed to work with Thunderbolt 3 and USB 3.0 systems using the included cables. The Blackbox PRO is formatted for Mac computers and is Time Machine compatible right out of the box. You can reformat the drives for Windows.
