Kodak VERITA 200D Color Negative Film #7206 | 16mm, 100' Roll

Kodak VERITA 200D is a medium-speed, daylight-balanced motion picture film known for its limited cinematic dynamic range, excellent highlight rendering, and smooth skin tones. It offers a captivating shorter exposure latitude with remarkable highlight control, resulting in a cinematic final image. The film employs Advanced Dye Layering Technology (DLT) to minimize grain visibility in shadow areas, ensuring cleaner details and clarity in low-light conditions.

The removal of the Remjet layer, along with the addition of a process-surviving antistatic and scratch-resistant back-side layer, means that VERITA no longer attracts unwanted debris, resulting in a cleaner image suitable for scanning and printing. To maintain sensitometric consistency and compatibility with earlier stocks during shooting, processing, and splicing, VERITA includes an anti-halation protective undercoat layer (AHU) on its emulsion side, while its film support is made from an acetate base.

This product consists of one 100' roll of 16mm color negative motion picture film designed for processing in ECN-2 chemistry. It is perforated on one edge (Winding B) and is wound on an R-90 spool, making it ideal for in-camera use, optical printing, or bidirectional printing.
