Laowa 7.5mm f/2 MFT Lens for Micro Four Thirds | Ultralight Version, Black

Designed specifically for aerial photography, the ultralight variant of the Laowa 7.5mm f/2 MFT serves as an exceptionally wide rectilinear lens tailored for Micro Four Thirds cameras. This lightweight model is 20 grams lighter than its standard counterpart, making it particularly advantageous for use with drones and gimbals. In addition to its reduced weight, the lens features a wide focal length and a bright f/2 maximum aperture, which are particularly beneficial for astrophotography. Its optical construction includes two aspherical elements and three extra-low dispersion elements, effectively minimizing distortion and aberrations to enhance clarity and sharpness. Furthermore, a Frog Eye Coating has been applied to the front element to protect against water and dust, while the manual focus design allows for focusing on subjects as close as 4.7 inches.
