Negative Supply Simple 35 and 120 Film Scanning System

The Negative Supply Simple Film Scanning System is a modular, entry-level solution designed for digitizing 35mm and 120 film negatives and transparencies from the comfort of your home. This system utilizes your own DSLR or mirrorless camera along with a macro lens to capture images of the film, providing an alternative to conventional scanners. The film carriers facilitate a more efficient workflow, enabling you to swiftly scan an entire roll of 35mm or 120 film. The film carriers included in this kit are equipped with a double S-curve channel, which ensures that the film remains flat, resulting in consistently sharp images. It is important to note that this scanning system does not come with a camera stand or tripod.

Basic Film Carrier 35 MK2

The Basic Film Carrier 35 MK2 scans all 35mm film formats including half frame, full frame, and panoramic sizes in a single capture while maximizing film flatness. It holds and advances both cut strips and full rolls of 35mm film over the light source.

Basic Film Carrier 120 MK2

The Basic Film Carrier 120 MK2 comes with 6x4.5, 6x6, 6x7, and 6x9cm format masks allowing you to mask off light for all of the most popular medium format aspect ratios. It scans full rolls or strips with the interchangeable masks.

4x5 Light Source Basic MK2

The 4x5 Light Source Basic MK2 is designed for users who want to accurately scan 35mm, 120, and 4x5 film. The 97 CRI is ideal for scanning both black & white and color films, and it features an internal acrylic element that drastically increases brightness and boasts light uniformity for up to 4x5 sheet film. The Light Source Basic MK2 has a compact form factor that can dissipate heat during long scanning sessions.

Stabilizing Masks

The included stabilizing masks allow you to seamlessly mount your Basic Film Carrier 35 MK2 and Basic Film Carrier 120 MK2 to the light source to mask off all extraneous light coming from the light below. It also stabilizes the carrier on the light source.
