Constructed for durability and ease of transport, the black Pelican 1605AirNF Hard Carry Case is engineered to be dustproof, completely watertight, and crushproof, ensuring the protection of your valuable equipment against the most severe handling, shipping, and environmental challenges. This version of the 1605Air is lined but does not include foam or other inserts, granting you the flexibility to fully customize the interior dimensions of 26 x 14 x 8.4 inches to suit your specific requirements and gear.

The case is crafted from an ultra-light proprietary HPX2 polymer, featuring honeycomb structural elements, making it up to 40% lighter than many other Pelican polymers. It is equipped with five newly designed dual push-button latches positioned on three sides, enhancing usability compared to earlier models, while securely clamping the lid to prevent the ingress of dust, dirt, and water. Design features include an O-ring that ensures an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance, dual 5/16" (8mm) diameter stainless steel reinforced padlock holes, and a pressure relief valve. This valve manages internal pressure, protecting both your gear and the case from damage, and allows for easy opening without the need to break a potentially tough pressurized seal. Additionally, a polycarbonate card holder can be affixed to the front or side of the case.

Optimize your storage and minimize weight while achieving impeccable organization of your equipment with the TrekPak Divider Kit designed for the Pelican 1605 Air Case. This innovative system incorporates pre-installed wall sections, divider panels, locking pins, and tabs, along with a user-friendly cutting tool. To utilize, simply arrange your equipment within the case, measure and cut the divider sections to fit, and secure them using the steel U-pins. The 7/16" thick divider sections are constructed from waterproof, closed-cell foam bonded to a durable, corrugated plastic panel that is resistant to tearing and shredding. The TrekPak system is complemented by 1" foam at the bottom and lid, ensuring comprehensive 360° protection for your gear.

Included in your TrekPak Divider Kit are two 27" dividers, two 19" dividers, two perimeter pieces, top and bottom foam, 30 pins and tabs, and a cutting tool.
