The Pelican 1615 Air Case, with a capacity of 70.5 liters and finished in black, is constructed from lightweight HPX2 polymer, ensuring the protection and secure storage of your delicate equipment during transit. This case is designed to be dustproof, crushproof, and waterproof, featuring push-button latches on three sides to maintain a secure closure until you choose to access its contents. This particular model of the 1615 Air Case is lined but does not include foam or other inserts, providing you with the flexibility to fully customize the spacious interior dimensions of 29.6 x 15.5 x 9.4 inches according to your specific requirements and equipment.

You can transport the case using the three oversized handles, or for heavier loads, you may extend the pull handle and maneuver it on its low-profile, smooth-rolling wheels. The case is equipped with an O-ring that ensures an IP67 rating, and for enhanced security, it accommodates user-supplied padlocks. Additionally, a pressure relief valve is integrated to manage internal pressure, preventing damage to your gear and the case itself, while allowing for easy opening without the need to break a potentially tough pressurized seal. For convenient identification, a polycarbonate card holder is available for placement on either the front or side of the case.

Optimize your storage and minimize weight while achieving impeccable organization of your equipment with the TrekPak Divider Kit designed for the Pelican 1615 Air Case. The TrekPak system incorporates pre-installed wall sections, divider panels, locking pins, and tabs, along with a user-friendly cutting tool. To utilize, simply arrange your equipment within the case, measure and cut the divider sections, and secure them using the steel U-pins. The divider sections, measuring 7/16" in thickness, are constructed from waterproof, closed-cell foam bonded to a durable, corrugated plastic panel that is resistant to tearing and shredding. The TrekPak system is complemented by 1" foam at the bottom and lid, providing comprehensive 360° protection for your gear.

Included in your TrekPak Divider Kit are two 30" dividers, two 16" dividers, two perimeter pieces, top and bottom foam, 30 pins and tabs, and a cutting tool.
