The Rode DS2 is a compact desktop studio arm engineered for quiet and adaptable microphone placement in podcasting environments, broadcast radio studios, voiceover studios, and similar settings. The DS2 is equipped with a sturdy base that is designed to balance and support microphones weighing up to 31.7 oz, eliminating the need for clamps or additional mounting hardware. This boom arm features two adjustable pivot points that can extend up to 15" vertically, enabling you to position your microphone for the best possible results. Additionally, cable management guides are included to maintain a clean and organized setup. A 3/8" to 1/4" thread adapter is also included, allowing for the mounting of a variety of different screw threads.
