Sigma 1.4 X Teleconverter TC-1401 (only for SGV Lenses) Lens for Canon EF Mount

Designed specifically for Canon EF-mount lenses within the Global Vision series, the Sigma TC-1401 1.4x Teleconverter enhances the focal length by a factor of 1.4 for compatible Global Vision lenses. This model ensures complete communication between the lens and the camera, enabling autofocus functionality at apertures up to f/8. Furthermore, it incorporates one Special Low Dispersion element to minimize chromatic aberrations while preserving image quality. For added durability, the TC-1401 is constructed to be both dust and splash resistant. When in use, the 1.4x conversion results in a light loss of approximately one stop.

Please be advised that autofocus may not operate effectively when utilizing lenses with a maximum aperture of f/5.6 or lower.
