Sony VG-C6 Vertical Grip

Designed specifically for the Sony a7R VI mirrorless camera, the VG-C6 Vertical Grip enhances both battery longevity and comfort when shooting in a vertical position. This grip accommodates either one or two NP-SA100 batteries, thereby extending the effective battery life for prolonged shooting sessions. Additionally, the batteries can be charged within the grip while it remains connected to the camera through the USB port on the body. In comparison to earlier models of vertical grips, the VG-C6 features improved circuitry that enables parallel power supply, resulting in even longer operational times. Furthermore, the remaining battery life for both batteries can be displayed on the camera's screen.

The design of the grip mirrors the layout of the camera body, incorporating a secondary shutter button and Multi-Selector for ease of use. Constructed from magnesium alloy, the grip is also resistant to dust and moisture, aligning with the weather-sealing of the camera itself.
