Used Canon EF 28-80mm f/3.5-5.6 II Ultrasonic Zoom Lens | Black | U8

The Canon EF 28–80mm f/3.5–5.6 II USM is a compact standard zoom lens designed for Canon EOS cameras. Its versatile focal range covers everything from wide-angle snapshots to tighter portraits. The built-in ultrasonic motor provides relatively quiet, responsive autofocus for everyday shooting. With a minimum focusing distance of just 38 cm, it can capture close-up details without requiring a dedicated macro lens. Its lightweight construction makes it a convenient option for carrying around with a film SLR or DSLR. Whether you're shooting travel, portraits, or everyday moments, this lens offers a straightforward and versatile starting point for Canon EF photography.

Important model distinction: These specifications are for the EF 28–80mm f/3.5–5.6 II USM, introduced in October 1993. The similarly named non-USM EF 28–80mm f/3.5–5.6 II is a different lens with a different autofocus motor and optical construction.
