Used Canon RF 28mm F/2.8 | Black | U9

The Canon RF 28mm f/2.8 STM is an ultra-compact pancake prime lens designed for Canon's EOS R-series mirrorless cameras. Weighing just 4.2 ounces and measuring a mere inch thick, its pocketable "lens cap" footprint makes it an ideal choice for travel and discreet street photography. The lens delivers excellent center sharpness and contrast, utilizing three aspherical elements to maintain high image quality despite its miniature size. While it lacks built-in optical image stabilization, it relies on an affordable yet capable gear-type STM motor for smooth and quiet autofocus. Ultimately, it offers full-frame and APS-C shooters a highly portable, budget-friendly everyday walk-around lens that pairs perfectly with smaller camera bodies.
