The Hasselblad HVM is a waist-level viewfinder designed for H System cameras, giving photographers the classic low-angle shooting experience associated with Hasselblad's V System. Its 3.25× magnification provides a large, bright view of the focusing screen, making it especially nice for carefully composing portraits and fashion work. The lower viewing position also lets you maintain eye contact with your subject instead of hiding behind a traditional eye-level finder. Autofocus functionality is fully retained with compatible H System lenses, so you don't sacrifice the convenience of the H System when using it. The HVM is compact and lightweight at just 140 g, while its folding design makes it easy to carry and protect when not in use. One important limitation is that it is optimized for horizontal compositions and is not intended for vertical-format shooting.
