Used Rollei Movie 4 Macro | Super 8 | U8

The Rollei Movie 4 Macro is a silent Super 8 film camera manufactured in Germany and Singapore between 1975 and 1977. It is built around a sharp f/1.7 macro zoom lens that allows filmmakers to capture highly detailed close-up imagery down to the glass element. The camera offers excellent creative versatility by featuring three distinct frame rates: a standard 18 fps playback, a 36 fps slow-motion option, and a single-frame setting for stop-motion work. In addition to its advanced automatic and manual exposure settings, it includes built-in transition mechanics like automatic fading controls. Ultimately, its lightweight 1,225-gram frame and lack of complex sound components make it an approachable, robust option for modern celloid film hobbyists.
