The camera uses a coupled manual-focus rangefinder system paired with shutter-priority automatic exposure controlled by a CdS light meter. Its leaf shutter offers speeds from 1/8 to 1/500 second along with a Bulb mode, and it supports flash sync at all speeds via a hot shoe.
