Featuring an extensive field of view and a vibrant design, the S 20mm T2.0 Cine Lens by Viltrox serves as an ultra-wide prime lens compatible with full-frame, Leica L-mount mirrorless cameras. Its wide-angle configuration and rapid T2.0 maximum aperture render it particularly suitable for astrophotography, as well as for capturing landscapes, interiors, and architectural subjects. The lens is equipped with standard 0.8 MOD cine-style gears, enabling the focus and iris to be adjusted using conventional cine equipment.

The lens comprises 12 elements arranged in 9 groups, integrating a combination of aspherical and low dispersion elements that minimize spherical and chromatic aberrations, resulting in sharp, well-corrected images with precise color reproduction. An HD Nano multilayer coating has been applied to mitigate flare and ghosting, enhancing contrast when shooting in bright lighting conditions.

Designed for manual focus, this lens allows for close-up work with subjects positioned as near as 9.8 inches. Its 14-blade iris contributes to a visually appealing bokeh effect. The lens also boasts an 80mm front diameter and an 82mm filter size. Furthermore, its bayonet mount is crafted from brass, ensuring durability and smooth functionality. Included with the lens are both a lotus-style lens hood and a round lens hood that accommodates filters.
