FJ200 Strobe

Included in the kit is the FJ200 strobe, which comes equipped with a built-in 16-channel, 32-group, 2.4 GHz receiver. This strobe is compatible with TTL and HSS signals from Canon, Nikon, FUJIFILM, Panasonic Lumix, and Olympus cameras, as well as Sony models when used with a separately available adapter, and can operate at distances of up to 328' when paired with a separately available FJ-X2m wireless trigger or an FJ80 Universal Speedlite. In Freeze mode, the flash head features a peak action-stopping flash duration of 1/24,000, can achieve 50 fps (depending on the camera and power), and supports high-speed sync up to 1/8000 second, along with both front and rear curtain sync. Creative Mask Mode

The FJ400 II operates using a robust, detachable 29.6V, 2500mAh AC/DC lithium-ion battery, which provides 550 full flashes and thousands of low-power flashes on a 1.5-hour charge. The FJ Pro battery that comes with it features LED status indicators to inform users of the remaining power. Additionally, users have the option to purchase the FJ ProMax battery, which has a higher capacity and can deliver up to 1000 flashes at full power. The shared battery compatibility of the FJ400 II with the FJ800 unit removes the necessity for multiple power solutions, while the convenient AC trickle-charge functionality guarantees uninterrupted performance during prolonged sessions.

30W Bi-Color LED Modeling Light

An upgraded 30W LED modeling light is employed with bi-color adjustability from 2700 to 6500K, which allows easy framing and composition.

Mounting & Firmware Updates

This monolight has a Bowens S front and comes with a 5/8" tilting bracket to mount on separately available light stands, as well as a 9mm umbrella receptacle. Also, a USB-C port is present for firmware updates.

Essential Accessories

The FJ400 II ships with a magnetic 5.5" reflector with a gel set (CTO, 1/2-CTO, window green, and diffusion). An insert is also included to allow use of optional Westcott's Rapid Box Switch softboxes. A carry case is provided for storage and transport.

The Westcott FJ-X3 S wireless flash trigger features a proprietary Sony hot shoe mount, ensuring compatibility with the majority of Sony cameras. It operates on a durable, removable lithium-ion battery. This FJ-X3 S trigger is equipped with a large display, an intuitive menu, and a multi-select control pad, facilitating swift adjustments. Its functions encompass TTL, High Speed Sync, Freeze, Front and Rear Curtain Sync, group and channel assignment, group exposure compensation, TTL to equivalent manual, modeling lamp settings, and much more. The Westcott mobile app enables remote adjustments of FJ Wireless flash settings through built-in Bluetooth. Utilizing the app enhances the number of groups with color-coding options for easy identification.
