Transporting a hard beauty dish has traditionally posed challenges due to its bulky case and susceptibility to dents. However, the introduction of the collapsible 24" OCF Beauty Dish from Profoto, designed for the B10 OCF flash heads, offers a practical solution that occupies no more space than a folded umbrella. Light is reflected off the included deflector and directed towards the edges of the beauty dish. The setup process is straightforward; simply utilize the separately purchased OCF speed ring, which allows for the rods to be inserted before being tensioned, and then snap them into position for use. Additionally, the beauty dish includes a front diffuser for a softer appearance and comes with a carry bag. It is important to note that this dish is recommended exclusively for use with Profoto heads equipped with an LED modeling lamp.
